What does “estimated remaining” mean?
CaffTrace applies a half-life model to every caffeine entry and adds the resulting estimates. It is a planning aid—not a measurement of blood caffeine, a diagnosis, or a medical safety limit.
Where is my caffeine history stored?
Your drinks and settings are stored locally on your device. CaffTrace does not require an account and does not send this history to a first-party server.
How do I change ad privacy choices?
When a privacy-options entry point is required for your region or consent state, open Settings in CaffTrace and choose “Ad privacy choices.” iOS privacy permissions can also be reviewed in the Settings app.
Something looks wrong
Include your device model, iOS version, app language, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not include health information or anything sensitive.
